A very rare 46-star flag, known as the "Dancing Stars" flag. Made of silk and dates to the 1910s. The 46 star flag was commissioned from 1908 to 1912. Frame is very dark brown Burl wood, almost black - with gold details. Measures 15 x 19 inches including the frame.
