Measures 8.5 x 11.5 inches including the frame. An antique parade flag still on the wooden stick. 13 star “medallion” flag, made of muslin. Flag dates to the 1890s and is found in good condition with light patina and staining. Preserved under UV protective glass with acid-free matting.
