Measures 10 x 13 inches including the frame. An antique 48-star parade flag made of muslin. Lightly frayed and stained. Dates to the 1940s, likely presented on a wooden stick at the time of use. Preserved under UV protective, reduced glare glass with a narrow ornate black frame with a bit of gold showing through the black.
