An antique 45-star flag made of linen. It has the unique 8-7-8-7-8-7 pattern. This flag was commissioned from 1896-1908, when Utah was introduced as the 45th state. The flag dates to the original era and is in very good condition for its age with some staining. Preserved under UV-protective glass and acid-free matting. Measures 9 x 11.5 inches including the frame.
